I would recommend that they live here as well. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are well kept. You can't find a nicer place to live especially with the price you pay for rent.

Quiet community, pleasant surroundings, near to most major routes, shopping and dining. Close to Newark Elkton and other destinations such as Philadelphia.

We have been here for a year now. We are very happy with the new office people. I have had a few problems and someone has been here to take care of things in a day or two. It is quiet here. No problems with fights and police here all the time that I can see. The roads have been fixed, the floor in the execise room has been fixed. I think it is a great place to live.

I have been a resident of the Meadows at Elk Creek for over 8 years. During my time here, I have seen a lot of changes, some good, some not so much. I am writing today to call attention to your new management team. Until Sharon, Brenda, and Chris arrived, I was considering moving out when my lease expired due to quality of life issues. Poor maintenance, trashy appearance and police cars on the property were becoming the norm. Thanks ladies for cleaning this place up. I will be renewing.

We have lived here for almost 2 years now. Our main complaints would have to be appliances breaking, it took us months to get a new dryer last year. I also know of other apartments with the same problem. Our neighbor above sounds like they are going to come through the roof at any moment. And even though rent has gone down some, it still seems high compared to other facilities. Its a shame you do not offer longer leases with less rent like other apartment complexes. We would gladly sign a 3 year lease if it meant our rent could be $100 to $150 less. Its a shame because overall we love it here, but with us expecting and not having the option of lower rent with a longer lease, we will have to move when this lease is up. We simply won't be able to afford rent here anymore after the baby comes. Its truly a shame because we like the staff, they are always understanding and courteous to us.
